Selling

At MobilePro we offer a alternative way of selling your phone, compared to traditional consumer to consumer websites and mobile phone recyclers. We give you the chance to describe your device, also giving you the option of attaching images so you can show the condition of your device. Also saving time, meaning you can have the money in your account within 2 days of initially giving us your device details.
By receiving more details on your device the price we offer will be more in line with what your device is worth. As well as limiting any misunderstandings aswell and reducing the chance off us sending your device back or sending a revised offer.
After filling out the form for selling your device. We will get back to you with a offer in 24 hours. This offer will be valid for 14 days. You will receive the offer for you device by email and in your selling page in my account.
If you decide on accepting the offer, then after filling in your details. We will email you a prepaid label and instructions for posting your device out. Using the prepaid label you will be able to send your device to us by your local Post Office branch.
Within 24 hours of receiving we will check if it was as described. If the device was as described we will send the money offered on the same day. If the device was not as described or was faulty, and wasn’t sold as such. Then we will give you a revised offer, which you can either accept or choose to receive your device back. You have 14 days to accept the revised offer or choose to get your device sent back to you.

Buying

We dispatch items same day when purchased before 2pm. We use Royal Mail to dispatch your orders and all phones are sent out recorded. You can track your order in your my account section.
All our devices come with 3 month warranty starting from the day you receive the device. Checkmend reports are undertaken to ensure the devices we sell are above aboard and are not stolen or have any outstanding finance on them.
In the case of device is no longer needed we will take the device you have purchased and give you a refund within 14 days. When returning an item back to us allow upto 14 days for us to process the return. Please note the device has to be sent back as it was received, if no longer required. If device is being returned because it was faulty we will attempt to repair it, if we cannot repair we will replace the device for you.
