Generally, all items are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. The Courier services we use for delivery are:
Tracking is available when the item has been shipped.
Express delivery is also available for UK orders and that will take 1-2 working days to reach once the item has been shipped.
Order from Europe will take around 5-7 working days to reach once the item has been shipped. However, express delivery is available and the items can be delivered in 2-3 working days after shipping.
International orders take a little longer to reach and can take around 7-10 working days but express delivery can ensure that the items reach in 2-3 working days.
It must be remembered that the time given is just estimated and can vary. It will depend on the courier service you select at the checkout. Also, the estimated days are after the items have been shipped.
If the item is not delivered successfully, the courier service will leave a note for the customer. The customer will then have to contact the courier service to get the package. In case of two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be sent to Mobile Pro. We will contact you and arrange a re-delivery. The customer will again have to pay the delivery fees.
If the item is not delivered within the given timeframe, you must contact us. We will immediately find out the reason and make sure that the item reaches you without further delay.
If the parcel is lost, Mobile Pro will file a claim with the delivery courier. If the item is found, we will ship it to you again. In case of a lost item, Mobile Pro will either ship a second delivery or give a full refund according to the wish of the customer.
Once you receive the item, you will be required to sign an acknowledgement receipt.
We accept claims for lost or undelivered items only after 28 business days have passed from the time of order (weekends and public holidays do not count). If your products do not reach you in 28 days, we will ship the replacement item or offer a full refund according to your preference.
